Do you have an interest in Gymnastics and Traditional Martial Arts?

We offer what’s known as Musical / Extreme Forms which is a combination of tricks, flips and traditional martial arts all choreographed to music. 

Tricks such as Front and Back somersaults, jump spinning kicks, cartwheels and much much more!

It’s extremely expressive as you have full control of what goes into your form and the opportunity to compete is also on the cards!

At our Selby and Thorp Arch academies we offer this class to Ninja Kids and Adults who enjoy pushing their bodies to super low stances, strong chops, kicks and punches and being upside down a lot!
